Arjo Australia Recognised Among Australia’s Best Workplaces for the First Time

At Arjo Australia, we are proud to share some exciting news with our fellow members of the Swedish Australian Chamber of Commerce (SACC).
For the first time, Arjo Australia has been recognised as one of Australia’s Best Workplaces™ 2026, earning a place in the Top 20 Medium Employer category. This achievement is particularly meaningful because it is based on direct employee feedback and reflects the culture we have built together through trust, respect, collaboration and a shared commitment to making a difference in healthcare.
This milestone complements two other significant achievements in 2026. Arjo was recertified as a Best Workplace in Healthcare and Social Assistance for the second consecutive year and achieved Great Place to Work® certification for the fifth year running. Together, these recognitions reflect our ongoing focus on creating an environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed.
As a proud SACC member and part of a Swedish global organisation, we believe this recognition also reflects the strong workplace values often associated with Swedish business culture: putting people first, fostering inclusion, encouraging collaboration and supporting employee wellbeing. These values continue to shape how we work, lead and serve healthcare providers across Australia.
At Arjo, our purpose is to empower movement within healthcare. We know that when our people thrive, we are better positioned to support healthcare professionals and improve outcomes for patients, residents and caregivers.
We are delighted to share this milestone with the SACC community and hope it serves as another example of the positive impact Swedish businesses continue to make in Australia through strong leadership, innovation and a commitment to people.
