Napica: Who We Are

Napica is an international consultancy helping large organisations succeed with change leadership, change communication, and the implementation of organisational or strategic changes. Our focus is on soft skills and behavioural action, helping people engage emotionally and translate that commitment into concrete behaviours that drive real results. We apply research-based frameworks and tools, developed in collaboration with universities, ensuring both academic rigour and practical impact. We work across all sectors, with particularly strong expertise in the public, financial, energy, IT, and pharmaceutical industries.

From our headquarters in Melbourne and our office in Scandinavia, we fly out to clients worldwide, supporting both national and international projects across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and beyond.

Our Team

Led by Mathias Grüttner, Managing Director, Napica’s team combines global consulting expertise with strong academic and practical experience. Mathias has worked with top international companies such as Novo Nordisk, Maersk, IBM, and has also taught at several top universities in Europe and Australia.
