Introducing the 2025 SACC Young Professionals Committee

We’re excited to introduce the new SACC Young Professionals (YP) Committee – a dynamic group of emerging leaders bringing fresh energy, international experience, and industry insight to the Swedish-Australian business community.

Since 2004, SACC YP has been building a vibrant network for young professionals and students living in Sydney and Melbourne – whether you’re here temporarily or permanently, working or studying, Swedish or simply Sweden-curious. Through events, career connections, and cultural celebrations, we support those in the early stages of their careers to build community and grow professionally.

Meet the faces behind this year’s YP Committee:

Jasmine Wiklander – SACC YP Board Member, President

Senior Recruitment Consultant – Renewable Energy| Sydney

Jasmine is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Design & Build and is part of the National Energy team at Design & Build Recruitment, with a focus on expanding their presence in the renewable energy market. Her journey to this point began in 2014 when she made the exciting move to Sydney to complete a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Event & Leisure at UTS. As an international student, Jasmine worked as an Event Manager throughout her entire degree and managed events all over Sydney. After graduating in 2018, she transitioned from the event industry and has been enthusiastically delving into the world of recruitment ever since. Aside from this, she is passionate about driving diversity and inclusion, specifically for women’s representation, education, and empowerment in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). Johanna Storm – SACC YP Board Member, Vice President

Sales & Events Manager at CUPRA Sydney City Garage | Sydney

Johanna is an experienced Sales and Events Manager with over 15 years of international experience across Sydney and Los Angeles. She currently leads the team at CUPRA City Garage Sydney, where she combines brand strategy, premium customer experiences, and high-impact events to grow market presence for the Spanish performance car brand.

Since joining the SACC Young Professionals board in 2023, Johanna has brought her creative leadership and commercial acumen to the Memberships and Events portfolio. In 2025, she was appointed Vice President, where she now plays a key role in strengthening professional connections across the Nordic-Australian business community. LinkedIn: Johanna Storm

 

Michaela Lundberg – SACC YP Board Member, Marketing & Communications 

Senior Partnerships & Marketing Manager MindArc | Sydney

Michaela is a seasoned marketing expert fuelled by a passion for expanding eCommerce networks and driving growth through innovative thought leadership, impactful campaigns, and strategic brand activations. Since arriving in Australia in 2020, she’s worked for businesses like Klarna, KMPG and MindArc. With a strong focus on B2B and Partner Marketing, coupled with a background in project management, she excels at shaping compelling narratives that resonate across diverse markets. Spanning hubs like Stockholm, Berlin, New York, Sydney, and Melbourne, her rich history in Tech and eCommerce brings a global perspective to her endeavours, igniting her drive for continuous innovation and brand excellence. Matthew Duncan – SACC YP Board Member, Events & Memberships 

Credit Analyst at Briqwise | Sydney

Matthew studied at the University of Sydney and finished his Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Politics and International Relations) and majoring in Finance in 2024. He worked across a diverse range of professional areas ranging from management consulting, policy research and legal assistance. He has interned at KPMG, contributing to industrial stakeholder engagement and corporate operating models. He held an internship role, at the European Australian Business Council, where he engaged in event management as well as conducting research on European-Australian trade relations. Matthew has also held roles in the ACT Supreme Court and Canberra Eye Surgeons, where he managed legal and medical archives. Elin Landhed – SACC YP Board Member, Events & Memberships

Commercial Planning Executive at Ferrero | Sydney

With multiple years experience in the FMCG industry across a variety of major companies, Elin has worked in different functions diversifying her skillset with proven experience in P&L management, strategy development, client relationship, and large data analysis. Elin Boman – SACC YP Board Member, Marketing & Communications 

Support Executive at Taurus Marketing | Sydney

Elin is a Support Executive at Taurus, an award-winning integrated marketing, public relations, and communications agency known for building brands, businesses, and people globally. Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, she moved to Australia in 2022 to pursue a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) at Torrens University. Since relocating, she has contributed to diverse marketing campaigns and entrepreneurial projects. Jenny Ridström – SACC YP Melbourne Chapter Board

Jenny Ridström is a globally-minded marketing and business professional with a strong passion for cross-cultural connections and strategic growth. Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, Jenny’s international journey began at the age of five when she left Sweden and has since then lived in China, the USA, Malaysia and Australia. She recently graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Chinese from East China Normal University in Shanghai, where she lived for eight years, and is fluent in Mandarin. Upon graduation she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey, starting her own e-commerce brand; titt-ut (titt-ut.se). Her love for meeting people from diverse backgrounds has deepened her understanding of global business dynamics and has led to her transition into marketing and sales, where she now applies her expertise to drive business success and foster meaningful connections. Olivia Alexandersson – SACC YP Melbourne Chapter Board

Founder and Lead Consultant OLX STUDIOS | Melbourne

Olivia is a passionate Digital Marketing expert with a background in design and extensive experience in the digital landscape. Holding a Bachelor’s in Communication Design from Billy Blue College of Design, she has worked with various creative and marketing agencies before establishing her own consulting business. Originally from Helsingborg, Sweden, Olivia embarked on a solo journey to Australia in 2017 to build a successful career in the digital space, following her experiences living and working in various European cities.
