Rethinking Workforces Without Boundaries
Join us at Outsized for an exclusive networking event in collaboration with the Swedish Australian Chamber of Commerce (SACC). This event will explore how leading organisations are embracing flexible talent to build agile, resilient, and future‐ready workforces.
A timely conversation about how businesses are adapting their talent strategies in response to skills shortages, cost pressures, and evolving workforce expectations. The World Economic Forum projects 85 million unfilled jobs by 2030 due to skill gaps, particularly in tech, AI, digital, and data analytics. As organisations compete in an increasingly complex market, traditional workforce models are being challenged – leading companies are embracing agile, flexible, and skill-based approaches to talent. Hence, independent talent is becoming a necessity, not a luxury. Outsized’s Talent-on-Demand report saw 58% to 142% surge in demand for flexible talent in high-growth markets.
What we will explore
- How enterprises are leveraging (or planning to leverage) on-demand, independent and global talent to stay competitive.
- What skills should sit at the core of an organisation versus those that are better suited to flexible workforce models.
- How technology can accelerating workforce transformation and change the way work gets done.
- The impact of remote work, offshoring and alternative employment models on business agility and resilience.
