RESERVOIR LEGAL – LOCAL AUSTRALIAN EXPERTISE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
Reservoir Legal is a Sydney-based legal and corporate governance practice helping international businesses establish, operate and grow in Australia,
combining senior local capability with an international perspective.
Founded in 2020 by Annalise Robertson, Reservoir Legal works with international businesses and Australian subsidiaries of overseas groups, as well as ASX-listed companies. The practice provides practical support across Australian legal, corporate and governance requirements, with a particular focus on working alongside overseas parent companies, boards and management teams.
Services include Australian resident director and public officer appointments, company incorporation and establishment, registered office and company secretarial services, corporate governance, employment law and Fair Work compliance, as well as outsourced Head of Legal and General Counsel services.
Reservoir Legal has a strong connection with the Swedish and Nordic business community, supporting companies operating between Europe and Australia. Annalise has worked closely with Swedish-headquartered technology group Omnia Digital Workplace (formerly LiveTiles), initially as Head of Legal and now as a consulting Non-Executive Director and resident director on its Australian board.
With executive and senior legal experience spanning technology and financial services, Annalise brings extensive experience in cross-border governance and in bridging Australian regulatory and business requirements with the expectations of international parent companies.
Her credentials include Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, and an LLM from the University of New South Wales.
Reservoir Legal joins SACC as a Small Business Member, and we look forward to connecting Annalise and the practice with our wider Swedish-Australian business community.
