The SACC Young Professionals (YP) are seeking new enthusiastic young professionals to join our Board!
ABOUT YP
The SACC Young Professionals is a sub-committee of the Swedish Australian Chamber of Commerce. We aim to be a catalyst for personal, social and professional growth for Swedish Australians at the earlier stages of their careers and we exist to make a true difference for our members. Our offering encompasses unique inspirational business and educational events, social networking opportunities and personal development through mentoring programs for young professionals.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Board member, you will join our close-knit team in our efforts to create value for our members. We work together as a team to:
- Plan and organise events that facilitate connection, celebration of Swedish culture and community integration.
- Plan and organise events, courses and programs that facilitate professional networking, career development and growth.
- Communication via social media and the SACC website.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a driven young professional who wants to contribute to the Swedish-Australian Community and join our fun team. You are:
- Team focused, enthusiastic and driven.
- Able to attend monthly board meetings and commit to on average min 2 hours of work per week (please note this role is a volunteer position).
