Experience Sharing Sessions – Do you want to work less, earn more and have fun?
We all know that small and medium-sized businesses have a million tasks to focus on every day and very rarely do we have time to work on improving our business instead of working in our business. We are aware of some of the bottlenecks in our business, we might even know how to solve them but maybe not where to start, what tools to use or when we will find time to do so. The same goes for the opportunities, we can see them and maybe we even know how we can capture them if we just got some time to align our assets and optimise our process.
The SACC consists of a brilliant membership network with experts in different areas and hence we have developed these Experience Sharing Sessions to help each other. Each session will cover a new area with the purpose of how to optimise small and medium-sized businesses. How to create assets with limited resource, how to be more efficient, successful, and hopefully have more fun.
During the 90 minute interactive sessions, we will discuss three major challenges related to the topic and hear from an expert within the topic.
You will walk away with:
- A list of DO’s and DON’Ts
- An action list where to start and what question to ask
- Inspiration about how your fellow members are approaching the topic
- A list of suggested tools to use
The Future is Digital (Part 1) will be the first session held on 27 August. The session will be moderated by SACC Board Member, Camilla Bullock and we will hear from topic expert John Ekman, a successful entrepreneur and the founder of Conversonista which is Scandinavia’s nr 1 company in Conversion rate Optimization (see bios below). We will discuss what digital tools and channels to use and how you use them (for example, Webpage, Social Media, Newsletter, E-mail Campaigns).
- What is the difference between content and advertising, and how do we create high rates of click-through and engagement?
- How has the pandemic changed customer behaver, and what opportunities lie therein?
- Has there been a shift in visitor behaviour on our websites?
- How has the conversation and retention been impacted?
- What is the most cost and time-efficient (ROI) way to improve our digital strategy to improve conversion and retention, step one, two and three?
- Where to start, what question to ask what pitfalls to watch out for.

Where: Zoom virtual room. (These sessions will be held online or face to face if the health and safety restrictions allow.)

Camilla Bullock, SACC Board Member and Director General Emerging Payments Association Asia. Camilla is the Co-Founder and Director at the Emerging Payments Association Asia, the only Pan APAC branch organisation for users and providers of payments technology.
