Experience the Polestar 5
Taking pride of place will be the new Polestar 5 Grand Tourer, a bold new electric performance car that showcases the very best of Swedish design, engineering and sustainable innovation. Guests will also have the opportunity to experience the award-winning Polestar range and learn how the brand is redefining luxury mobility through cutting-edge technology, minimalist design and a commitment to a more sustainable future.
The evening will include a welcome address from Scott Maynard, Managing Director of Polestar Australia, who will share Polestar’s vision for the future and the pioneering spirit that continues to drive the brand forward.
Special Guest Speaker
Gina Johansen – Escape the Ordinary
Swedish adventurer Gina Johansen will take us on an extraordinary journey through some of the world’s most unforgiving environments – from a solo crossing of Siberia’s Lake Baikal in temperatures reaching -42°C, to expeditions across Svalbard in polar bear territory and a 2,700-kilometre trek across Norway.
Drawing on these remarkable experiences, Gina will share powerful insights into stepping outside your comfort zone, setting ambitious goals, resilience, communication and teamwork under pressure.
She will also reveal details of her next extraordinary challenge: a 2027 speed-record attempt to become the fastest woman to ski 1,130 kilometres solo and unsupported to the South Pole.
Much like Polestar’s pursuit of innovation and performance, Gina’s story is about refusing to be constrained by what has been done before – and having the ambition to go beyond the possible.
Enjoy refreshments and networking with members of the Swedish-Australian business community in the relaxed surroundings of Polestar Sydney. Guests will also have the opportunity to enter an exclusive prize giveaway, with full details to be revealed on the evening.
We look forward to welcoming you to Polestar Space Artarmon, Sydney!
