2020 has been a roller coaster ride at events company the 100 Point Challenge. Founded in 2017, the company was growing steadily, operating across 5 cities including Sydney, Stockholm and Gothenburg. But along with many others in the events space, the company found out in March that their business was not pandemic proof, losing almost all their business in a matter of weeks. Rather than giving up, Australian founders Dan and Anna, who are based in Sweden, decided to pivot the business online and set about creating new experiences for their customers, who were all stuck at home. Their first online team building game, The Remote Rendezvous, was, to their surprise, booked by a team from Microsoft in Dublin. Where previously they had been restricted to providing experiences to people in 5 cities, now they could reach people all over the world. Fast forward 6 months and they now have a suite of different online games for teams and have been growing exponentially since May.

Their team includes 8 online facilitators and they have worked with customers from over 35 countries this year, including a team from Philip Morris International in Pakistan! The majority of their customers are in the US, including an impressive list of companies such as Amazon, Google, Facebook, Netflix, and Disney, as well as large Universities like RMIT and Stanford. They have also worked with many Australian and Swedish companies to name a few, Canva, Alfa Laval, Ericsson and Telia.

Dan and Anna are excited to host the Puzzle with SACC in February and are looking forward to continuing building the business in 2021.
